No. AN Recharge provides a closed-loop wallet — balance is usable only for in-app services like recharges and bill payments.

Failed transactions are typically refunded to your wallet or original payment method. If refund doesn't appear, contact support with your transaction ID.

We request contact access only to let you select a phone number from your contacts for quick recharge. We do not upload or store your contact list.
